Relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine from your private rooftop patio in Tucson’s beautiful Civano neighborhood. This cozy 462 sq ft casita sits above a detached garage and offers its own private entrance, dedicated parking space, and spacious 240 sq ft rooftop patio with beautiful mountain views.
Civano is a great home base for an active Tucson getaway, with bike trails, walking paths, parks, tennis courts and community pools nearby. Enjoy your morning coffee on the rooftop, head out for a bike ride or hike, then come back and relax while taking in the desert scenery.
Inside the Casita
The casita features a private bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. Dinnerware, cookware, basic utensils and coffee supplies are provided for your convenience. The casita also includes Wi-Fi, keyless entry and a private parking space.
Enjoy Civano
A pool key is available upon request and provides access to the community pools, tennis courts and fenced-in tot play area.
The property also has several fruit trees, including pomegranates, lemons, limes and oranges. When they're in season, you may even get to enjoy some fresh fruit during your stay.

The casita is conveniently located for exploring some of Tucson’s best outdoor attractions. You’ll be close to golf, shopping, restaurants, biking and hiking, with easy access to Saguaro National Park, Colossal Cave, Sabino Canyon and Tucson’s extensive bike trail system.

This was the second time I stayed and it was fantastic. Very quiet neighborhood. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The casita was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my trip.

Communication with hosts Scott & Kalei via Vrbo messaging went well; we got all check-in info and property info as needed. Property is exactly like shown in the pictures and all was perfectly comfortable with every needed item in kitchen and bath. After the first half of our day doing either hiking, biking, or shopping, the pool was refreshing. Breakfast by the fruit trees and fountain. Would love to use this place again when visiting Tucson area.

We loved our stay! Great communication, very clean. We enjoyed walking around the peaceful neighborhood and relaxing on the private porch! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend . We went to both Saguaro national park and Sabino Canyon.

One of the best vrbo's we have stayed in! What a cute place and super clean. Hosts have thought of everything you might need and more! Really enjoyed the outdoor roof top patio as well as the beautiful garden area with soothing fountains! Great place to read and relax. Wish we could have stayed longer! Many, many thanks for such a great stay!
