Villa Angelica is a spacious holiday home on the edge of the small Tuscan village of Fabbrica. With its stunning panoramic views over surrounding vineyards, ample indoor and outdoor space, and a beautiful fenced pool, it is ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking comfort and privacy.

Fabbrica offers all essentials for daily life; a bar, a pizzeria, a small grocery store, and a pharmacy. The picturesque hilltop town of Peccioli is just a 10-minute drive away and has received awards for its unique blend of medieval heritage and contemporary art. Volterra, known for its Etruscan and medieval history, is 23 km away, while Pisa, Lucca, and the coastal town of Livorno can all be reached in under an hour. The Renaissance city of Florence is about 80 km away.

Villa Angelica is nestled at the edge of the village and enjoys beautiful views of vineyards and rolling Tuscan hills. The large pink-painted 19th-century house features two covered terraces, one with a dining table for outdoor meals, the other a cozy lounge area. The elegant, fully fenced pool area includes a pergola, seating, and atmospheric lighting, creating a magical setting for evenings under the stars.

Inside, this two-storey holiday home offers generously proportioned rooms with high ceilings and walls in warm muted tones. Magnificent fireplaces, chandeliers, and a tasteful blend of antique and modern furnishings reflect the authentic character of the house.

A stylish retreat for those looking to experience Tuscany at its finest.
