Had a wonderful weeks stay. Everything is walkable if your fit and able, even the bus top to go to other destinations on the Island. A couple of decent local restaurants in the nearby port and the new shopping mall, both within 8-10 mins walk. Property was great and obviously recently refurbished. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the normal hustle of a tourist resort like Puerta Del Carmen or Teguise.

My husband and have just spent 9 nights in this studio apartment in Arrecife. Excellent accommodation - modern, very clean and very comfortable. Close to a nice variety of restaurants and also the beach. Airport not that far away - an easy taxi ride. We were met at apartment even though our flight was an evening flight. Definitely 5 stars from us!

Well maintained, lovely studio apartment in the center of the town of Arrecife. Parking in designated parking spot in the garage. Easy access to roads in and out of town, and centered on the island. Owner was easy to reach and communicate with. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants.
Lovely experience.

We have spent three weeks in this very comfortable studio in central Arrecife.
The owner, Jorges, is meticulous. He presented the property in detail on line.
The studio is extremely well equipped - probably the best we have had.
The bed is of high quality. The TV supports Netflix and the Internet.
We particularly liked not staying in a tourist complex.
The local supermarket and markets have great produce.
The studio is very close to excellent restaurants.
Thank you Jorge for a great holiday.
