Check-in was quick and easy, but parking was a little confusing. The room was perfect for a one night stay. Walls are very thin and you can hear everyone in the hallway. Also, we were right next to the elevator so we could hear it beeping.

We enjoyed our stay but this listing was very confusing as it makes it seem like this is a private property being rented out and it is in fact for the ALoft Hotel in Portland. That was very confusing for us at check in as we were not sure if we were in the correct place. The lady at check-in was helpful in letting us know that we were in fact in the correct location thankfully. The hotel is a short walk to many decent shops and restaurants but Portland itself is kind of a dud. We would stay at the hotel again for its amenities though!

Everything fine, room clean and peaceful. The two problems were more coffee was going to be delivered but did not come until the next day. And the room heat was somewhat spotty, off and on.
I loved the light-filled lounge to set up my laptop and use as a temporary workspace. The receptionists were all very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed Thursday-Tuesday and never got housekeeping once. They knocked on the door at 8am Saturday and I just wanted to go back to bed so I asked for fresh towels. Never saw them again.
