The apartment is on the first and top floor of a building whose first floor is unoccupied. This means you’ll have no immediate neighbors and no one looking directly into your apartment.
The large downstairs room features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a combined dining and living area, complete with a small “reading” nook.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms—each furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm)—are separated by a mezzanine with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests if needed.
The bathroom is large and spacious. It features both a shower and a bathtub, as well as two sinks. The toilet is separate.
The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels and kitchen linens are provided in the apartment.
