A proposito di questa resort
Experience the perfect blend of alpine adventure and refined comfort at Marriott’s Timber Lodge, a stylish 1-bedroom villa ideally located in the heart of Lake Tahoe’s South Shore. Enjoy a world-class Marriott resort stay—often at 30–70% savings compared to booking directly with the resort.
All villas are professionally managed and meticulously maintained by Marriott, ensuring consistent quality and peace of mind. Upon arrival, guests check in seamlessly at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation number, just as if they had booked directly. Every reservation includes full access to the resort’s services and amenities, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
Perfectly situated within Heavenly Village, the resort places you at the center of Tahoe’s most iconic experiences. Just steps from your door, one of the world’s largest gondolas whisks you to the summit of Heavenly Mountain, home to the area’s longest ski runs and greatest vertical drop—making it a dream destination for winter sports enthusiasts.
Beyond skiing and snowboarding, Lake Tahoe offers year-round adventure. Enjoy hiking and biking through scenic mountain trails, tee off at nearby championship golf courses, or relax by the crystal-clear waters of the lake during warmer months. Each season unveils a new way to explore and unwind.
After a day outdoors, return to your inviting 1-bedroom villa, a cozy alpine retreat designed for comfort and relaxation—perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking both convenience and luxury. Whether you’re chasing powder in winter or sunshine in summer, Marriott’s Timber Lodge delivers an unforgettable Tahoe escape where adventure and comfort meet.
** All villas are assigned at check in
** Marriott's Timber Lodge will no longer be providing Beach Passes for Lakeside Beach which were previously distributed for use between the Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays.
** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.
** The resort is undergoing roof enhancements that will occur from Mar. 1, 2026 to Nov. 30, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise and obstructed views during this time.

My 2 adult kids and I had a great stay in a 1 BR villa. You can't beat the location for a ski vacation, you're right next to the Heavenly Gondola and can walk to restaurants, activities and the casinos. The property has a nice gym, outdoor pool and hot tubs, ping pong, outdoor barbecues for guest use. Highly recommend it!

I’m an avid skier - this experience was great. Everything was as expected. The place was priced right, and the service was above par.

We had a fantastic stay at the Timber Lodge in Tahoe. Our unit was wonderfully spaced for a family of four. The proximity to the gondola brought ease to our ski trip. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities available to guests such as the Ski Butler storage service, afternoon cookies and evening activities like Bingo. We truly loved it and will return!
