Unused bedrooms remain closed and are never rented to third parties.

From the large 70 m² covered terrace, open to the sea and with direct access to the pool, you can admire magnificent sunsets.

The infinity pool, its beautifully arranged area with comfortable sun loungers, sea view, and its “ti-punch aperitif” bench invite you to relax and sunbathe with family or friends.

Paradisiacal environment
At Villa Amazonia, you will enjoy a paradisiacal setting and high-end amenities: a tropical garden, a fine sandy beach less than 400 meters away, three nearby Creole restaurants (Le Bon Accueil, Ti Sucrier, JP Grill), a mini-market, a grocery store, a bakery, and a Creole café.

At 4 km, you will find the botanical garden located on Coluche’s former estate, and at 5 km, the village of Deshaies with its charming fishing harbor, souvenir shops, about ten restaurants, traditional “Creole lolos,” two mini-markets, as well as essential services: doctors, dentist, pharmacy, post office, two spas, two diving centers, etc.
