Reviewer Comments:
I have been coming to Palm Island Resort since 1991. The island is as beautiful as ever. However, the service at Reception was not as we expected. If we needed help to book an activity, we were just given a list of companies and we had to phone or email ourselves. Coming from the UK this was more difficult. It's expensive and not always easy on international calls.

Reviewer Comments:
Stayed at this property for a family spring break vacation. Overall it worked well for our family of 5. The location was great - pool right outside the building and a very short walk to the beach. We appreciated the amenities of the resort such as the Coconuts general store (although don't expect much selection) and the fitness center. The condition of the unit was good - not great. It was lightly updated at some point, but there are nicer units as far as updates. Overall, it had what we needed, and it worked well for our vacation.

Reviewer Comments:
Unit was fine. However, it wasn't very clean. Lots of dog hair on living room rug, in washer and dryer. Human hair on pillows and between sheets in king bed. No towels available at pool as advertised. Experience at Rum Bay Restaurant not great. Andrew at Coconuts is WONDERFUL! Young man who transported us with luggage to and from parking lot was A DELIGHT!
