In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

6 dagen een appartement gehad en alles is prima in orde. Zeker ook fijne douche en veel spullen in de keuken. Nadeeltje is dat wifi echt heel slecht is.

Schöne 1 Zimmerwohnung, Küche mit gutem Geschirr Als ich die Bettwäsche abzog, waren die Duvets voller Hundehaare, ebenso die Topper! Schade, das müsste besser gereinigt werden!

Een prima badkamer, goed schoon, een kleine maar uitstekende keuken (met vaatwasser), ruime kamer door opklapbare bedden. Een bouwtechnisch minpunt is de plaats van de verwarmingsknop en de knop voor het rolluik. Slecht bereikbaar. Geweldig terras (patio), waar je tot bijn half twee zon hebt. NB. soms extra stekker nodig (bij de receptie verkrijgbaar)
