✦ Good to Know Before Booking

Stair Access: The condo requires climbing outdoor steps followed by three flights of interior stairs to reach the front door. An additional interior flight of stairs leads to the lower-level king suite. Please keep this layout in mind when planning your stay.



Pool & Fitness Center: Access to Wintergreen's pool and fitness center requires a spa package purchased directly through Wintergreen. Please check current availability and pricing with the resort before your stay.



Cell Service: Reception can vary throughout the condo and surrounding mountains.



Rental Agreement: Guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
