This cozy studio is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of amenities including huge outdoor patio & outdoor dining area. Great, comfortable and clean room! Excellent location, nice neighborhood! Very close to the beach and to other locations for shopping! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant! Cute cute cute!!!! We had a wonderful experience all the way around!

Cute place in quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach. We made good use of the outdoor space. Great communication with Jeff, the host. We had a change in schedule ;he accommodated our need to change our reservation dates- very much appreciated!!

Short trip planned, but the Salt and Sand unit met all of our expectations. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.
