Everything was as in the photos. Lots of living space and deck area. Spotlessly clean. Destination Big Bear is a very friendly and efficient agency to deal with ( we've worked with several who've had terrible customer service). We'll definitely be back !

Property was accommodating to families with kids and pets. Loved all the games, toys and extra bedding available. Parking was large enough for 3 cars in the driveway. Location was great! Only 10 mins from village and quiet with nice walking trails off the backside.

It looked amazing and we had a wonderful view. It was so peaceful and quiet and it had everything we needed. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a short get away or even stay longer cause we didn't want to leave, that's how much we enjoyed it. Very thankful for our stay.

The house had lots of beds which we needed for 7 adults. However, the unit needs to be updated. The lighting was poor in all the rooms. One of the tubs had some kind of spots on it. We didn't know what it was.
Parking was tough and the City of Big Bear has way too many rules. No place to leave the trash. Had to take it home. Will not come back. To bad because it in a nice area.
