Grocery 1.4 km, supermarket 1.4 km, shopping centre 1.4 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bar 1.4 km, bicycle rental 1.4 km, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Stein" 170 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Incredible view! Picking up/returning the key on the other side of the village is a bit of a hassle, especially when you’re catching an early morning train out, but the views were worth it. A lockbox on property would have been nice. No salt/pepper, but we left some so hopefully no one else will eat a salt-less meal (the grocery store is about a mile walk down the mountain). But did I mention the views? Incredible! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

The view of this location is worth everything! Pictures don’t even capture it! I suppose the only complaint would be a little more cleaning on the outside areas but everything else was perfect. We would highly recommend this just for the view alone, as it is so spectacular
