REGARDING SWIMMING POOL:
Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

Property including parking garage was immaculate. Unit much smaller than we expected, especially for 2 couples. Excellent location with several restaurants nearby. Host & manager very responsive to questions & needs. Only issue, persistent roach infestation which had been addressed.

Cozy, great accommodation, great location,,closed to shopping mall, walkable to MOA and rooms is good for 4 people, building staffs are very helpful and welcoming.

Mold all over bathroom ceiling. Lots of little gnats/bugs in the bathroom. Little mini cockroach, beetles everywhere.
Nice little apartment aside from those items. Listing had a washer shown, but there wasn't one in the unit. Actually, the photos of the bathroom were completely inaccurate (must've been for a different unit). Staff directed me towards a decent little laundry shop on the first floor.
