A fantastic place to spend your beach vacay. We have just completed updating and it's perfect for a family or two couples. Two king bedrooms with en suite baths & a sofa sleeper will accommodate 6 comfortably. An air mattress is available if there are extra kids as we are allowed 8. We have plenty of extra blankets & pillows.
You will love the 2 balconies. the beach facing balcony is in front of the living & dining area & is the perfect place to read the latest best seller, or just listen to the waves as you enjoy your favorite tropical beverage. Our bay side balcony off the front bedroom is a great place to watch the sunset and fireworks.
The beach is just a short walk through the gated pool area down the sand path . Take in some vitamin D lounging at the pool area or enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. To make your beach trip even better, we have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a small cooler and sand toys for fun beach days.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You may even enjoy it with the reflection of the beach in the mirror behind the sink. A washer & dryer is in the unit also so no need to over pack. We provide plenty of big, soft towels.
Both bedrooms have comfy king beds with nice cotton sheets, private bathrooms, 32" TVs and DVDs.
Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle!
We are on the north side of the island, which is away from all the hustle & bustle but still walking distance to many places.
The Island Metro, SPI's free bus picks up right in front of the condo and operates until 9:00 pm.

House Rules
Your digital signature is required on our rental agreement. The rental agreement signature request link will go out to you right after booking. Self check in entry instructions and door code will go out 24 hours before arrival provided you have previously signed the rental agreement.
All guests must adhere to the rules of the building which are located inside the condo.
Please be considerate of others in the building.
Guests must not exceed 8 persons.
Pets are not allowed at this building.
Quiet time is 11pm
Check in: 3:00 pm or after
Check out: 11:00 am or before
Parking: This condo has a reserved space. One parking permit is provided in the condo. There are a few unreserved guest parking spaces. There is also parking along Gulf Blvd. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second permit, please request it ahead of arrival so we can have it in the condo for you. Do not park in another reserved space or you may risk having your vehicle towed.
Starter supplies provided: Coffee filters, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, an extra trash bag. Each bathroom has hand soap, a small bath soap, small shampoo, 2 rolls of TP.
No food items are in the condo.
Towels: Please do not use white towels to remove make up or clean shoes, cars etc. Soiled and lost towels will be charged to you.

This is truly a wonderful space for your next beach vacation. The 2 Br/2Ba condo is spacious and they have plenty of towels, chairs and boogie boards to enjoy on the beach. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots and pans that we took full advantage of to keep from eating out every night. The view is soul filling - highly recommend watching sunrise each morning. The dehumidifier makes a huge difference and you’ll be amazed at how quickly the water reservoir fills up! Keep and eye on that bc when it’s full, it will stop. The only area I didn’t rate 5 stars was communication from hosts. It’s all scheduled communication, timed to go out at certain times based on your reservation. While that’s a great thing, it was odd that my direct messages never received a response. We rented another condo in Florence and the communication was personal, direct and consistent. So comparatively, that was the only thing that missed the mark.But also, they take good care of the place, the check in and check out was smooth. We enjoyed everything so much and didn’t have an urgent need. So that should be noted as well. So, all in all, I highly recommend! And no doubt we’ll be back next year!!

The overall stay was great. The location, and the beach access was wonderful!! The beds were comfy. All the beach items were nice and fun to use. The amenities were in abundance… towels, washcloths beach towels. That was a plus!!The balcony doors were extremely hard to open. The dryer sounded weird when we tried to use it to dry towels but it didn’t work.

Couch needs replacement. You sit down and cushions slid from underneath you. Made watching tv very uncomfortable. If you're in a truck you will have troubles parking. Made me so nervous! I don't recommend it.
