Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross the beach parking and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes! Walk to the north to witness St Pete Beach's "Secret Garden" or walk to the south for a 2 mile workout to the famous Don Cesar.
Spacious, 2 Bedroom condo on the second floor. Look out the window to see the beach and magnificent sunset views! 1 bedroom has a King bed, 1 has a double/full bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa (full). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.
Distance from Beach:
Beach is located across the street from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court.
This is unit # 304 in building 300.

Electronic lock box for flexible/late check-ins
Wi-fi, cable included.
Linens & towels are included.
Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals.
Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals
Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance.
There is a community charcoal BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars.
Shopping is close by.
Many guests do not bring a car, however an electronic parking permit is included with your stay, if needed!
Sorry, no pets/animals allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.
Coffee machine - both keurig & drip, blender & toaster included in unit

This condo was perfect for our stay. Right on the beach, nice clean pool, safe and convenient. Water for showers wasn’t always warm which was a challenge! Tv volume in king bed room intermittently not working!!

Loved the location and accessibility to the beach. It was perfectly clean!Only complaint is that the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Otherwise, it was great!

The condo, the owner, the property and location were great. However, there were 6 of us ladies who are 50 years old and plus celebrating birthdays. The local (female) residents who live there all year round, threaten to call the cops on us. Because we had alcoholic drinks at the pool. (Not in glass, it was closed- plastic cups) They told us they hope they didn't' have to deal with us 2 days in a row. However, the female residents, husbands were taking pictures of us while getting in and out of the pool. (creepy!!) We continued to be harassed and starred at the whole weekend by those couples.
