Everything is new in this well-appointed Cornville vacation rental with simple yet stylish interiors, classic furnishings, and all the comforts of home. The layout of the home is bright and open with a spacious living and dining area and a large modern kitchen updated with high-end appliances and all the kitchen gadgets you need to whip up a memorable vacation meal. An outdoor patio overlooking Mingus Mountain is the ideal place to end the day with a sizzling BBQ and spectacular sunset views.

Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

We had a wonderful stay in Cornville for New Year’s! The house was exceptionally clean and well-cared for, which made us feel at home immediately. We loved the location—it was so peaceful and provided a great home base for exploring nearby Sedona and the local wineries. It was the perfect, spotless retreat to ring in the new year. We stayed here while exploring the Verde Adventure Water to Wine Excursion. We visited all of the wineries and spent a day in Jerome. The house had everything we needed.
