The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Our family had a great stay at Winter Park in this villa. There was so much room and all the right accomodations. It was great getting to hang out with our adult sons and their friends since we don't get to spend as much time with them anymore. Everyone had their own space to sleep and the common areas were large enough for us to gather. We cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks for a carefree stay.

Our stay was incredible. Everything about the house was thoughtfully done and the accommodations were very comfortable. The accessibility to the mountain was awesome, and the hot tub was perfect for apres ski relaxing. We had six in our group and there was plenty of comfortable room. The owners clearly take pride in the place. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay at this townhouse in Fraser, CO! The space was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home. Our daughter especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after our adventures, which was a definite highlight. The location couldn't have been better—convenient and close to everything we needed. We're already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend this spot for a cozy and enjoyable getaway!

Place was pretty clean(found some food/medication items on the carpet) but space was great and as advertised! Garage did not fit both our suburban and Expedition, but definitely would fit two normal size SUVs or cars. Layout was great! Only real gripe was that the driveway was poorly maintained. Not well plowed and had a lot of ice buildup that was sloped and vehicles would slide around a lot. Snow was piled high on either side as well, so passengers would have to load in the street.
