Villa Lalla is a spacious and private stone villa set in the peaceful surroundings of Lithakia village, Zakynthos. Surrounded by a spectacular 4,000 m² private garden, the villa offers a rare sense of space, privacy and tranquillity while remaining close to the island’s beautiful beaches and local villages.
The villa combines traditional Zakynthian character with the comfort of a spacious holiday home. Stone details, generous living spaces and a warm, elegant atmosphere make it a place where families and friends can slow down and enjoy time together.
Outside, the large private garden is the heart of Villa Lalla. Guests can enjoy long, relaxed mornings by the private swimming pool, lunch under the shade of the trees, or an evening gathering around the traditional stone BBQ. There is plenty of space to find your own quiet corner, while the covered outdoor dining area is ideal for enjoying meals together.
Inside, the villa offers approximately 165 m² of comfortable living space with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. All bedrooms and living spaces are air-conditioned, and the villa also provides Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a washing machine for a comfortable stay.

A well-designed family villa, built in the traditional style for the island, with a large garden and pool set in the heart of an olive grove with views to the coast. The villa is well equipped with all conceivable kitchen equipment, two external eating areas, sunbeds, hammocks, etc. and parking. The villa is 15 minutes from the airport and10 minutes from large supermarkets, with smaller shops, restaurants, etc. closer. The villa is managed by Anna, who lives nearby and who is happy to assist with anything that you may require – we used her to arrange boat trips around the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this excellent villa.

We really enjoyed our holidays at this lovely place!! We were very surprised that this beautiful villa, situated in an oiltree-park, was much nicer than published in internet .
Anna was a very nice host and managed all our wishes perfectly. We really can recommend this unbelievable retreated, clean and tidy place!
