Appartement idéalement situé. spacieux et calme.Cependant une machine à laver le linge serait un +. Propriétaire accueillant et disponible. très agréable semaine.

Appartement calme très bien situé, proche du parc Mazon. Spacieux, fonctionnel et lumineux. Équipement assez sommaire: pas de four, pas de machine à laver, peu d’accessoires en cuisine. Les sols de la cuisine( moquette) et de la salle à manger (dalles plastiques) sont anciens et en état très moyen. Le propriétaire qui réside en réa de chaussée est très discret.
