For shared use: indoor pool heated (90 m2, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 18. Apr. and 01. Jun. - 31. Dec. pool opening hours: 08:30-20:00). Tennis (01. Jun. - 30. Sep.). In the house: lounge, WiFi, sauna (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 500 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 150 m, bar 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Lac Grenon" 350 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 1.2 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.2 km. Rustig en goed gelegen in het midden tussen Crans en Montana. Groot terras met prachtig uitzicht op lac Grenon en de bergen

Sehr schöne Wohnung und gut gelegen. Altes Küchenmaterial sollte entsorgt werden. Hilfreich wäre einen Duschenhalter in der Badewanne.

Bad:
- The apartment and the whole building feel like a time trip back to the 70's, with no substantial renovation ever made since. Both the apartment and the building don't meet today's needs and standards, an upgrade is urgently needed.
- Isolation is insufficient (like in the 70's). We turned the heating to the max, but the apartment still felt cold and uncomfortable.
In view of the above, the rental price is clearly too high.
