Beachfront Property completely and comfortably furnished, upon entering you enjoy the infinity pool and the ocean view.
- For your convinience there are Two Bedrooms, the Master bedroom suite features ocean views from a large window, king bed and private bath, the Second bedroom has a twin beds and a second private bath.
- A/C and ceiling fans throughout.
- Fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, living room with Satellite TV, Home Theater -DVD, CD player.
- Pool side lounge with chairs for enjoying reading or just catching rays, direct access to the White Sandy Beach. When you are on the beach where our Property is located, you may or may not see another person it is really just to relax and enjoy the nature, the white sand and serenity of the Caribbean 7 days a week, also the Second largest Reef in the world is just in front to see and explore beautiful colorful fishes, turtles, corals and much more you can see in this Reef. And when the night comes please do not miss the Sky full of stars!
And always for your security and great vacation we (the owners) live very near the Property so that any question or request you might have during your stay we will be around and very happy to help you at any time in anything you need.
We will always try by all means that you feel like at your own home, having all the items you need to enjoy and relax in an unforgettable vacation in Puerto Morelos.
About Puerto Morelos:
Even though it´s close to Playa del Carmen and Cancun, it is very different. Puerto Morelos, the small town between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, is a laid back fishing village with interesting people, great little restaurants and a small grocery store. No one is trying to braid your hair or sell you anything, however, there are great places to shop.
Playa del Carmen is a 20 minutes drive and is full of action. Also, there is a ferry from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel that goes out every hour.
Cancun is about 25 minutes away if you want to party, explore or shop.
But it´s always nice to come back to Puerto Morelos the place to enjoy, relax and feel the serenity...

The place is lovely. Nicely decorated, clean, easy communication & great support staff, if needed. Fabulous beach and a fun Town Square, only 3 away using Uber.

SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. Everything was top notch and was a real treat for a first class getaway. The kids loved the pool and slept well in the airconditioning. Thank you for having us!

The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s right on the water. Lots of lovely amenities. Elena is super helpful and communicative. The location is not a far walk from town but it wasn’t comfortable in the heat with kids so we just used taxis. We would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect, right on the beach . 15 to 20 minute walk to Puerto Morelos. You can walk forever on the beach. The beaches have significant sea weed however Jose does his best to keep the condo beach front clear but then again the sea weed is a Mother Nature issue
