We got there late at night and it was really cold.We were freezing and no info how to turn the ac of and get some heat.We had to wait till next morning to call and get info how to work the mickie mouse remote control. No info on anything!!.We had to leave at 4.30AM to get the first plane from Alicante to madrid and was told to bring the keys to their office miles away in the dark.We could not find the office so we left it on the table and closed the door. All in all it was just ok
