The house is very comfortable and easy for large groups. Beautiful views, lovely pool and well located in San Diego. The host was very receptive in all communication before and during our stay. We will be back.

An incredible place to stay in San Diego. It has a view that is amazing. Everything was clean and the facilities had everything you could need. It can handle a large number easily because it’s very spread out. Great location as well. The pool is a very nice feature. It would have been useful to know how the pool heating worked as it was a bit cold when we were there and never got instructions. Highly recommended!

We had a great time on our trip to San Diego. The house was large and spacious for our family of 10. Some positives were: good location, nice pool and spa, great central location, nice bathrooms and showers, beautiful view from the upper back deck, 2 nice large refrigerators to fit all of our food, and great central air that kept the house cool. Some negatives: The house is in need of some overall maintenance. There were many things that need to be repaired and a lot of the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. We had a major issue with the WIFI. It was slow and watching TV or movies was difficult as it cut out often. In our second day the WIFI completely dropped and we had a difficult time getting it to reconnect. The check in process was frustrating as we were asked to check in later due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom and upon check out the cleaning crew came an hour early. It was difficult to communicate with the host. I tried to contact him several times concerning a question I had about house amenities and our WIFI issue and he did not respond.
