🐾 DOG-FRIENDLY HOME



We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs in our home. A $50 fee applies per dog, and more than 2 dogs require prior approval. All pets must be disclosed in the reservation. Where permitted by applicable law and booking‑platform policy, an additional $200 fee may apply for unauthorized or undisclosed pets.



Dog fees cover permission to bring approved dogs; they are not damage deposits and do not include repair or extra cleaning costs caused by an animal. If you plan to bring more than 2 dogs, please reach out for approval before arrival.



Kindly note: We ask guests to clean up after their dogs during their stay. If pet waste is left behind, an additional $25 fee may apply. We truly appreciate your help in keeping the home fresh and welcoming for everyone. Cats are not allowed. Assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law and booking‑platform policies.

• Outdoor amenities are provided as a courtesy and may occasionally require maintenance due to normal use and weather exposure.



• The home is professionally cleaned and maintained; however, being located in a residential area means occasional outdoor insects or wildlife common to the region may be present.



• This is a quiet neighborhood where normal residential sounds such as pets, vehicles, or nearby activity may occasionally be heard.



• Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras are in place for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home.



• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available when scheduling allows but must be requested and approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional fees.



• Utility Outages: While rare, local utility interruptions (Wi-Fi, power, or water) can occasionally occur and are outside of host control. We will always do our best to assist and communicate updates should any issues arise.



• Listing Accuracy: We continually maintain and update the home for guest comfort. While photos accurately represent the space, minor decor or furniture variations may occur.



• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear in accordance with Airbnb’s Terms of Service and AirCover policy. Please report any concerns promptly so we can address them quickly.
