Schöne helle und gepflegte Wohnung. Extra Abstellraum pro für Fahrräder, abschließbar. Großzügiger Garten für Spiele und Grillen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, allerdings könnte die Wohnung in einigen Bereichen eine Auffrischung vertragen. Das Sofa wie die Bezüge der Essecke sollten mal erneuert werden. Die ein oder andere Reparatur könnte die Wohnung gut vertragen. Rollo im Essbereich defekt, Staubsaugerschlauch gerissen, Duschkopfaufhängung hält nicht mehr und die Endreinigung, die vor uns gemacht wurde war unserer Meinung nach nicht zufriedenstellend.
