The apartment is fully equipped, and the bedrooms are soundproofed. LE NOSTALGIQUE is located in Cannes' prestigious "CARRÉ D'OR," just 2 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator access. You have access to 3 balconies. Secure parking is in the same building and available on request for an extra fee. Four guest keys are provided for your convenience.
LE NOSTALGIQUE offers 2 bedrooms. Beds can be arranged as doubles (180x200) or singles. There are 2 en-suite shower rooms. Bath and beach towels are provided, as well as 2 hairdryers. The living room has a sofa bed (140x190). High-speed fiber internet and free Netflix are included. International TV channels are available. A baby cot and high chair can be supplied on request.
The apartment is in the heart of Cannes, close to the old town, in a lively area.
Restaurants, cinemas, the famous rue d’Antibes, private and public beaches, and the marina are all within walking distance.
Nice Airport is 40 minutes by car. The train and bus stations are a 5-minute walk away.
Check-in is handled by a German, English, and French-speaking host. Arrival times are flexible when possible.

Bettina the host was amazing!!! One of the best hosts I’ve had on a vacation rental. She helped us get settled and was very responsive and helpful with any questions that I had for the entire time. Everything was excellent from check-in all the way through the end of the trip. The apartment itself was absolutely perfect! The balconies were wonderful and you absolutely cannot beat the location of this place. It is exactly where you want to be to enjoy everything Cannes has to offer. I will definitely stay here again when I come back. Not even a block away there’s a place that rents mopeds and bikes. I highly recommend doing this and exploring the city and outskirts! Nice location, near everything. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. Lots of nice balconies to watch the goings on in the street or sip a glass of wine in the evening. There is a nightclub district right down the street. There’s some noise, but not enough to cause troubles sleeping. The building is very safe and secure. Bettina gave us lots good and useful information on things to do and was very responsive.

The apartment was mostly as described with one exception: there is only one toilet. There are indeed two bathrooms en suite but the one toilet is in the hall. Property manager is great: Very responsive and helpful. Great location and the terraces would be very nice in warm weather. A good choice in Cannes for families rather than friends.
