The stunning panoramic view of the surrounding hills makes this property a true gem for those seeking a retreat surrounded by nature!
The space
This spacious apartment, measuring approximately 120 square meters, is located on the second floor of a charming medieval building WITHOUT an elevator. The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, a relaxation area, and a dining area. PLEASE NOTE: The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used.
- KITCHEN with stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, and kitchen utensils.
- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a closet.
- BEDROOM II with two single beds.
- BEDROOM III with two single beds (one is a pull-out bed) and a desk.
- BATHROOMS I and II, both with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
- BATHROOM III equipped with a tub/shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
- TERRACE furnished with tables and armchairs;
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
