A functional apartment perfect for 4 guests and equipped with all the main amenities for a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. We’re in the Ligurian hinterland; the village is called Castelvittorio, surrounded by olive groves and just a few minutes from the sea. For those looking for an alternative to the usual beach and who are passionate about nature and history, this is the ideal place!
The space
The apartment, approximately 70 square meters, is located on the first floor of a charming medieval building that does NOT have an elevator. The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING AREA with a sofa, a relaxation corner, and a dining area.
- KITCHENETTE with a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, and kitchen utensils.
- BEDROOM I with a double bed and a double-door wardrobe.
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (one is a pull-out bed) and a desk.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Imperia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
Please note that check-ins outside the indicated hours must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
