It accommodates two people in 60 square meters of space, featuring one bedroom with a double bed.



The property is a great base for exploring the Eternal City! The San Giovanni Metro Line A station is a 2-minute walk from the property.

The apartment is located outside the ZTL zone.

-From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach Roma Termini Station via the Leonardo Express shuttle service. From the station, take the MEA Anagnina metro line to the Re di Roma stop, which is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.



-From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Cinecittà (Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop) via bus line 520. From Cinecittà, take the MEA Battistini metro line to the Re di Roma stop, which is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.



-From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment via the MEA Anagnina metro line to the Re di Roma stop, which is a 2-minute walk from the apartment.



If you’re traveling by car, you can park for a fee on the street (blue-line parking—NOT guaranteed) or at the Appio Parking Lot, located at Via Faleria 24, a 6-minute walk away.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you’ll be able to access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
