Your cozy getaway awaits in the Blue Zone of Guanacaste Province at this lovely house w/guest house and saltwater pool. 5 bedrooms offering a mix of king, full, twin, and queen beds, this fully gated and private retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of 2 kitchens and 2 washrooms with washing machines and clothes dryer , AC in every room , and WiFi. 2 bathrooms equipped with showers , plus 2 exterior shower areas for after the beach. pool and a 1/2 bath in the exterior corridor near the pool , everyone can freshen up comfortably. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

This was the perfect home away from home. The house had everything we needed to stay in Sámara comfortably for a week—including thoughtful extras like pool floats and sand toys for my little one. The air conditioners in each bedroom worked perfectly and cooled the rooms down within minutes. We often didn’t even need to run the AC overnight. And having air conditioning in the main living area was such a treat—something many homes in the area don’t offer.The washing machine and two drying lines were incredibly useful for doing laundry and for hanging wet suits and towels after the beach. The guest house was ideal for the two friends who joined us, giving them their own comfortable space to retreat to while still being close by.The pool was wonderful, and the beautiful waterfall feature added such a relaxing touch. The location was perfect—close enough to walk into town when we wanted to, and spacious enough to park our two SUVs right at the house.The host was super responsive and made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ve stayed in four different rental homes in Sámara now, and this is definitely one we’ll look to rebook on future visits!

Perla Azul worked out great for our family. It was nice having the front house as well as the smaller back house, especially with adult children. Listing was exactly as described and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was wonderful, and appreciated the air conditioning and ability to lock the gate. Walk to town and beach was easy. Did a fun ATV ride with Quads2U, would recommend.
