Our lovely home is professionally designed and set on a spacious, manicured green parcel enclosed by a Cul-de-sac with complete privacy inside and out. The home is designed with all modern conveniences and is located less than a 5 minute walk to Love Lane (Mattituck's charming downtown), Veteran's Beach (one of the best beaches in Northfork) and the Mattituck train station. It is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that North Fork has to offer
The home was fully renovated (top to bottom) with central air, new kitchen, large living room, cozy reading nook, custom furniture, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, firepit, lawn games, wifi, TV's in every room, Sonos speakers and more.
The home features 2 bedrooms along with a queen pull out sofa in the living room, cozy reading nook, spacious living room, separate dining area, modern bathroom, with stand up shower and washer / dryer and a manicured, fully enclosed lawn with lawn games, BBQ, outdoor seating and 4 bikes for your convenience. All dishes, linens, Nespresso machine, beach and bath towels, utensils, cleaning supplies are included. The home comes with top of the line appliances and conveniences.
The home is centrally located next to Love Lane so you can leave your car at home as everything, including the train station is less than a 5 minute walk. We had a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly cozy and spotless, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. Everything was well-maintained which really added to the comfort of our visit. The neighborhood is quiet but close to activities. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

The house was perfectly situated for two couples to enjoy a weekend of wine trail activities! Beautifully refinished and comfortable.
