Other Things to Note:
• To offset the cost of gas, pool heating is available for an additional $70 per day on request. For longer stays, we can provide an affordable flat rate for pool heating.

This home is beautiful and spacious, enough room for our large group in town for football. Lots of things for kids, and grown ups, to do inside and out. Pool is large and clean. Kitchen is large and open for easy socializing while preparing meals. The hosts are very communicative, helpful and responsive. We will look to stay here first before other places for future Phoenix trips.

The place worked out great for us. Fifteen minutes from the airport and twenty minutes to Barrett-Jackson which is what we were here for. Nice setting. Although we didn't use pool area looks fun. Some minor maintenance needed but didn't affect our stay.

Chris never responded to my message shortly after we checked in asking for more bedding and clarity on the number of beds. We had to purchase more bedding since the beds were not properly made (sheets plus blankets). We finally found the second double bed in the bunk bed room. The mattress for the second bed was placed on top of the other double bed. But neither had flat sheets and there was only one comforter for the two double beds.
The bedding in the bedroom off of the kitchen was dirty.
The toilet in the ensuite off of the king bedroom was not secured to the floor, and the shower would leak onto the floor.
