We stayed for a week at this condo. When we first walked in, it smelled horrible. We looked everywhere for the cause, but couldn't find it, so we bought air fresheners. The condo is very basic with basic beds, couches, and the oldest oven in the universe. Pros: The condo was spacious and the balcony was nice to watch the ocean and pool area. It was nice to have a little store on site too. The pool areas and beach are great. Cons: The smell, the bathtub faucet was broken, the check in process was long, slow and had me going all over that place. I was super annoyed by time I was able to get us checked in. Side note: Don't rent a car! There is a great app called ride circuit that picks you up for 2/person and takes you all over Hollywood! I wish I would've known about that before I spent 500 on a car and parking tag.

The grounds around the pool are beautiful and only a few steps to a beautiful beach. Wonderful restaurants

Overall clean and comfortable accommodations. Need some TLC such as small patches of peeling paint in the master bath and the microwave. Property has three big TVs however we could only get one of them to work. There were five remotes but no instructions on which remote went to each TV and services were available.
