Pauoa Beach Estate has been meticulously cared for, and designed specifically to live life relaxed while enjoying designer furnishings and elegant island sophistication. This very nice home is in a fantastic location between the Mauna Lani and Fairmont Orchid resorts. The home has amazing ocean and sunset views, a beautiful lanai, a great screening room and Hawaiian-inspired interiors. The AC is by zone and has some quirks that some might find problematic, and the shower heads all need replacing. The overly complicated lighting controls may annoy some guests too. I would also note that there are 2 slick stairs from the lanai to the pool that require extra caution.

The furnishings and decor in the house are top notch. Very clean and everything was is great working order. The house was well stocked for cooking and everyday living. Great communication with the host and was very accommodating. Would definitely book this house on next trip, 5 stars all the way around.
