Welcome to the Elite Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. This gorgeous Lake Austin home is where your family will enjoy the pool/spa with lakefront views, a lake “beach,” sand volleyball court, sport court with basketball and pickleball, outdoor grill with dining area, and outdoor living with fireplace and TV. Inside- a Home Theater and Game Room stocked with pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, arcade games and more! Just 15 miles from the heart of downtown. With high-speed wifi, this home is perfect for remote school/work. This property is regularly set for 16 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 17 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. Two garage spots available upon request with TESLA charger.

Please note that some spaces will be locked and owner belongings may be present.
Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.
Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.
Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.
No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.
Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.

We booked a family vacation for 8 adults and 7 kids from the age of 7-14. This property has EVERYTHING we wanted! There is a large kitchen, perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, and amenities to keep the whole group entertained. We’ve stayed in the area before, but this property is exceptional. We wanted easy access to the lake, a pool large enough for our group, and backyard for games...and this house has it. There is also a large covered area for lounging by the pool that is good for those who want to be outdoors, but out of the sun.The other benefits of this property is the property management group. They are on top of everything from start to finish. Booking and preparation was easy, check in and check out were comfortable and seamless, and any questions for the duration of our stay were answered within minutes. This home and its team are truly amazing. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

We loved the house so much that we wanted to buy it. Amazing property from the room setups, to the open kitchen. The big pool can be seen from inside the kitchen so it allowed me a little more flexibility with my kids while they were swimming, which I loved. We used the grill and the outdoor kitchen area everyday. We put a huge slip n slide down the massive grassy hill which made for an amazing 2 hour activity. The beaches area by the lake offered numerous hours of entertainment for the kids as well. The whole property was even better in person. What made our stay that much better was the concierge, Sean. They were accessible 24 hours, had the best attitude, went above and beyond for us with every request. They surprised our kids with floats for the pool, a tent and games that we were able to take home with us as a gift. The house managers and staff were beyond helpful and so nice. They made our experience so easy and amazing. I don’t think I can rent from anyone else after I saw how great it made our trip. I appreciate everything they did for us and we cannot wait to be back!!!!!
