For our family of 8 adults and 6 kids, it was perfect. Crowd on the beach were nonexistent. We loved the screen room and pool downstairs. That is the area that we ate most of our evening meals. Kids loved the pool and the box of pool toys. Adults had a blast trying to get the kids up on the supplied surfboard in the ocean. The weather and breeze was perfect. We were there from 6/5/26 to 6/12/26. Had one granddaughter asking me to call and see if we could stay another week but all of us had to get back to work. Thank you for a great week.

Beautiful beach home with pool within walking distance to the quite beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of room for our family! I would not recommend renting a golf cart there is nowhere to park it at beach access ramp. We did load everything in a truck and was able to drive it on the beach down the road. The driveway is steep and hard to park on. I would bring extra wash cloths but there are plenty of big bath towels and beach towels and beach toys in the garage! Enjoy :)

This house was lovely to stay in. The view of the ocean from the top floor porch was stunning. We had my father with us and let him take the primary bedroom on main floor with kitchen and living area so he could be on one level for most of our stay. My husband and I took the second floor bedroom with private bathroom which was a great space for us. There were a lot of places to get away and be quiet which was ideal for our family of five adults. The walk to the public boardwalk was easy to access and well maintained. About a five minute walk. We would definitely stay there again.

This house needs some work. All indoor and outdoor cushions are dirty/worn and need to be replaced. All indoor rugs need to be replaced. The stove has no markings left so you have to guess low/high and what burner the knobs are for. Lots of random things scattered in the pantry. Windows are dirty - see pic. There is no exterior lighting by the pool/firepit so you are in the dark. Also hard to get out there, so you end up not using it as much. The pool also looks larger in the pictures than it is in reality. Interesting construction work in several places where the door hits a cabinet or a floor tile. Overall, the house felt a little dirty. The bed and sheets were clean.
