Just a short distance from the sea, this beach villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 13-minute drive to Progreso Beach or the 24-minute drive to Playa Uaymitun (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Spend some time at the beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the hot tub of this 1851-sq-ft villa, which also features a garden. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, air conditioning, a desk, and limo/town car service. Bathroom amenities include towels, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave, and cookware. And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter.

We had such a wonderful time at Trino & Maru's! The hosts are very communicative and thoughtful. The house is beautiful and we especially loved watching the sunset and the ocean from the rooftop. The kitchens (there are two!) are well stocked and the decor is contemporary and cute. There's great water pressure in the showers, which was an added bonus. The beach is two short blocks away, quiet, and great for swimming. There's also a small, laid-back beach club a five minute drive away is that's your scene. Merida is an easy drive and less than an hour away if you want to take a day trip into the city and enjoy the great restaurants and art. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely go back if we're in the area in the future.
