It has direct access to the sea and the nearest beach is less than10 minute stroll away. The vast and yet comfortable living room has 80 m2 with expansive sea views and tall ceilings. The large dining area has 40 m2. Both areas with their marvelous sea views are perfect for relaxing or socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped and has three fridges, three Nespresso coffee machines, professional oven and many extra and personal touches. There are many external terraces with sun loungers and sofas and a heated infinity pool that blends perfectly with the sea.



The villa has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All have: Loewe TV and Sat TV, Bowers and Wilkins wireless sound systems or iphone/ ipod speakers, hairdryers, independent air conditioning and most have ceiling fans. The main suite has a private terrace and an enormous walk-through wardrobe as well as an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and access to a second bathroom with massage shower.
