Beach days made easy!
This cozy studio is in a beachfront building just steps from the sand in Daytona Beach, perfect if your main plan is sun, swims, and relaxing.
The studio is clean, bright, and comfy, with a full kitchen for quick meals and a chill space to unwind after the beach. There’s no ocean view from the unit, but the good news? You’re seconds from the beach, and the pool is right in the building with an ocean view!
Why this spot works so well:
• Walk straight to the beach
• Beachfront building with pool access
• Free parking (needed around here!)
• Full kitchen for snacks, coffee, and easy dinners
• Simple, comfortable, and stress-free
You’re close to the Boardwalk, Main Street Pier, restaurants, shops, and all the Daytona fun, no complicated plans needed.
If you want a great location, good value, and an easygoing beach stay, this little studio checks all the boxes.

After spending time in Central FL with family we've extended our stay by enjoying the beach for a few days. This property was a GREAT reprieve from the summer humidity. The studio was clean, large enough, and provided all our basic necessities including a stove & coffee maker to make a quick breakfast before starting our day. We were steps away from the Atlantic Ocean where we saw beautiful sunrises and took breezy evening walks. We also checked out Oceanside E-Bikes. Thank You for the Mental Health Reset.

Upon arrival, I noticed a message stating the pool had been closed. The reasoning for booking this stay was for the pool and not seeing the message until I was in Florida was a bit upsetting. I let the property manager know and she was very accommodating. We decided to just enjoy the beach which was very close walking distance. It was also just a few blocks away to the boardwalk fun. The place itself was nice but the hallways coming into the facility is very run down. We also went to Disney one day which was a little more than an hour away. Overall, we had a great stay and the place was cozy. If the pool was open, I’d be giving another star.
