Leider etwas verwohnt, wenig Geschirr zum selber kochen, viele Fliesen lose und teils auch defekt, Balkonmöbel sehr mitgenommen, Lüfter im Schlafzimmer defekt, Kühlschrank ein Dauerläufer dadurch im Schlafzimmer immer ein Brummen. Das wirklich sehr gute war die Lage und die Aussicht aufs Meer deshalb nicht noch schlechtere Bewertung. Sollte unbedingt renoviert werden auch die Wohnungstür das sie mal richtig schließt. PS: vorsichtig beim einfüllen von Wasser in die Kaffeemaschine sonst ....
