Unlike most properties in this area, we are not a management company; Sarah is a devoted host who cares about you having an authentic Austin experience.

Every personal detail and local suggestion is her way of welcoming you. This listing combines two private, highly-rated spaces to create one seamless property for your group. The 6th bedroom is the loft above the garage.

We welcome high-end bachelor and bachelorette groups who fully agree to our ethos of total respect for our home and our neighbors. This is not the house for a binge-drinking getaway. We enforce this policy to ensure our community remains a peaceful, welcoming place for everyone. In return, we promise to give you our utmost respect and excellent hospitality.

Unique Experiences Await!
As a multiple Austin Music Award-winning jazz singer and songwriter, Sarah is happy to help you book local musicians to play a private living room concert right here in the home. We personally host local legends regularly, and this unique experience is a fantastic way to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy Austin's legendary music scene.
