Beachside Corner is a family-friendly three-bedroom townhome conveniently located on 11th Street. A short 8-minute walk will get you to the beautiful Gulf Coast beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. This community includes access to a saltwater pool that is heated during the winter months and even has a slide. This townhome is adorned with beach-inspired décor and hardwood floors throughout. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further. There is fun for the whole family. Park your car in the assigned parking spaces and leave it for the duration of your stay. You can golf cart to get coffee, groceries, and of course to the beach.
After a day of fun in the sun, return to your Port A home and relax on your outdoor patio. Downstairs you will find the full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly away in the hall, along with a large walk-in closet for extra storage. Guest bedroom 1 (BR1) holds a Queen-size bed, nightstands, dresser, wall-mounted TV, closet, corner chair, and private patio access leading outside to outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Guest bedroom 2 (BR2) consists of two Twin over Full built-in bunk beds, a closet, and a TV, also with access to the back patio. Both rooms share a bathroom with a vanity and a tub/shower. Venture upstairs and you will find a newly designed living room with a large sleeper sectional sofa with plush pillows, a flat-screen HD TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and a half bath for guests. The dining room table accommodates seven guests while the bar allows additional seating for four. Meals are sure to be enjoyed using the fully stocked kitchen with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig on the sidebar. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances will make you feel right at home along with dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Take your morning coffee out on the balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze. The master bedroom (BR3) offers a plush King-size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and private ensuite bath with a full-size shower. The private balcony off of the master suite has plenty of room to sit and unwind.

It worked great for our family, the pool is awesome, however I wouldn’t advertise it as walking distance to the beach. Ice machine was not working and the host didn't address it. Shower curtain in the master bathroom was pretty dirty. But overall the place was clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall great unit near heart of town, road noise on busy weekends and heavy vacation times (Spring Break) is loud well into the night. W/D are basically inoperable and in need of replace. We found them to have strong pet urine smell, to which we passed on usage of them, was a bummer to find that.

Kitchen was fully equipped with the necessities. Location was great. I loved that the bathroom was clean.

The property was average compared to other VRBO properties we have stayed at in the past. The washing machine was filthy and we had to scrape built up detergent and softner from the dispensers before use. Plus there was black mold on the rubber seal of the washer. We sanitized and cleaned before use. I reported this to the property manager but no reply. While we were there the disposal stopped working as well. The property is on the corner of busy 11th Street; the internet was very intermittent; the outside grills and patio furniture need to be updated; and the return vent for the A/C is also filthy.For the dollar investment we will look elsewhere on our next visit to Port A.
