My partner and I stayed here for a weekend. The location is excellent—very close to the beach and within walking distance of many great cafés, restaurants, and shops.While we were hoping for a relaxing stay, the biggest challenge was the noise level. The walls appear to be very thin, and we could hear conversations, footsteps, appliances, and activity from neighboring areas of the property throughout our stay. We arrived late due to a flight delay and were surprised by how much sound carried between units. There was also a locked interior door in the unit, and because noise traveled so clearly through it, it sometimes sounded as though someone was entering the space. It turned out to be activity from another area of the property, but it was unsettling at first. A heads-up in the listing about the thin walls and shared sounds would have been appreciated.The unit also had a strong fragrance and cleaning-product smell when we arrived, so we kept the windows open for much of our stay to air it out.Another consideration for future guests is that the space felt less private than we expected. There were people regularly moving around near the entrance and common areas. Overall, the location is the property's strongest feature, but greater transparency about the noise levels, layout, and shared nature of the space would help set expectations for future guests.

Industrial style studio with 11' high ceilings, concrete floors, tons of windows and an oasis front yard to enjoy the Cali lifestyle. Be within walking distance to LA best by the beach- 5min to the boardwalk, Abbott Kinney blvd, 10min to the Venice Canals and 15min from Rose ave ! Main street retails and food/bars/cafes in Santa Monica is barely 20min walk...Fiber optic Internet for your downtime or to get some serious work done and quick access to major highways to explore more of the City !
Note we have security cameras around the house but none inside for privacy reasons...

Great location and easy place to stay in Venice. Only street parking which can be somewhat difficult on street cleaning days, during the days. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. But the walls are thin and I could hear everything from the upstairs neighbor, walking around at 530am and closing cabinets.
