Very charming renovated 3* apartment of 75 m2 on the second floor. Living room with sofa bed, decorative fireplace, cable television. Open kitchen with oven, toaster, filter coffee machine and dishwasher.

- Bedroom 2: 2x separate single beds 90*200
- Bedroom 3: 1x bunk beds 90*200
- Bathrooms: 1x with shower, 1x individual WC
- Exterior: 1x furnished balcony with view of the Rhone Valley
- Ski room : 1x ski locker for 4 people, not heated, in the resort’s public car park + shared ski room available in the building
- Parking: 1x covered parking space included (for additional vehicles, use nearby paid public parking)
- Animals: not accepted
- Access: elevator and stairs
You are in the Les Mélèzes residence which enjoys a privileged location right next to the departure of the gondola, ideal for skiing holidays. And you are on the Bisse de Vex, which offers you a wonderful walk in summer. The resort center with its shops and restaurants is just 150 meters away. This residence consists of 2 buildings with several standard and comfortable apartments with lift. Access to the building is via stairs. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace offering a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley.

Perfect Location to go ski, just next to the télécabine. Apartment big enough and equipped with everything to have a comfortable stay.

The proximity to the ski lift and the nearby room from the apartment for the ski equipment was excellent.
The flat was not well cleaned on our arrival. Dust under sofas and beds. Some furniture was wiggling ex. the living room table. The flat is self was small compared to the photos. 8 adults could not stay together in this apartment.
