Summary:
Two bedroom, one bathroom, third floor unit. Accommodates: 5 (bedroom one: queen bed, bedroom two: tri bunk). Panoramic views and close to town!
The Space:
The Location - Laman Lodge is set on the hill above Nelson Bay and overlooking the marina. Walk down the hill 300 metres to town for boutique shopping, restaurants, cafes and the marina or follow the path 800 metres to family friendly Dutchies Beach for calm water swimming, BBQ's and picnics.
The Unit - This top floor unit offers panoramic views from the balcony and living area. The balcony also has a Weber Q gas BBQ and leads to an open plan, air conditioned living room with free wifi, a flatscreen TV and DVD player and a dining area with a ceiling fan, and there is a full kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan, the second bedroom has a tri bunk and there is one bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower. You also have access to an external laundry with an allocated washer and dryer for unit 5 and secure undercover parking for one car in a lock up garage (height 1.8 metres).
There are definitely smoke detectors at this property.
There is 45 Stairs from the bottom floor to apartment.
Cushions at property are feather filled.
Linen and bath towels are provided. The beds will be made ready for your arrival.

Nice apartment, with good views of area and marina. No instructions in apartment, so had to talk to managers about to find out there were override switches for fans. Windows rattled like crazy from the wind. Beds could do with an upgrade.

Great property, clean and neat, wonderful view and position close to town centre. The garage door was a nightmare to open close. Sheets supplied but bed was advertised as made up but was not. Property management pedantic and over communication about rules and time to leave property. We even got a txt on checkout morning at 7.30am to remind about 10am checkout. Give us a break, We are on holidays and trying to have a sleep in!

There’s not enough coffee, sugar and milk sachets. We had to make our own bed and the bunk bed, which added tiredness to my trip. There is only one air conditioner in the living room, bedrooms are too hot to sleep, we had to sleep on the couch.
