Newly renovated studio condo with A/C and is across from the beach. Right in the middle of Kona, It is walking distance to all of the local restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, churches, and farmers market.
This unit is located on the 3rd floor and has a queen size bed, 55" tv and free Wifi
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator & sink, but there is no stove. It has an electric skillet, Hot Plate with Pots/Pans, Toaster, Microwave and Crock Pot for cooking.

We had an awesome time at your place. We cooked great on the hot plate. Love how close your are to everything. Never been to the big island it definitely big drove a lot but found some great places to go. Will definitely come back again.

We love Kona Islander Inn! We've been coming here for 30 years. This unit was the best of all of them we've stayed at so far.

Great location downtown. Parking is terrible. The resort is probably around fifty years old. Grounds and buildings are well maintained but there is probably enough parking for about half of the units. We parked our car in the late afternoon and used Uber for any evening excursions. The unit was clean and furniture comfortable but there is no dresser or closet for clothing. Parking and storage would prevent us from staying at this resort again.
