Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival).

It was the 2nd time to stay here. Very good maintained building, everything works very good. Hot water, wifi, kitchen, beds are perfect. Nice view over Davos from our balcony and a sunny position. The swimming pool with table tennis are a great extra bonus. The host is kind and efficient. For us the place to stay in Davos, next to the walking promenade to the Schatzalp and the Paarsen skilift.

Perfect location - very close to to the Parsenn funicular, supermarket, bakery and pharmacy - all about 100 m from the apartment. The apartment as it self is very basic, and when it comes to interior design, it is a real time machine - it takes you to the late seventies. It is possible to park your car in the garage, what is an advantage especially in wintertime during snowing. I didn't use swimming pool and sauna, but it is possible.
