Condo was very nice and provided a convenient location for sun and fun. Inside was nicey accommodating and was great for family vacations.Maybe some improvement to lighting in kitchen and bathroom would be great.

The condo had an amazing view with a huge balcony, it was very comfortable and welcoming. If you have a large vehicle prepare to have some troubles in the parking garage as it is very tight. We drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and we had to back up to make the turns in the garage. Elevators were having some issues but staff at the condo were doing their best to make sure you got one within a reasonable time. Best part was if you don’t want to wait on the elevator the parking spot was on the 5th floor and condo on 7 so it was very easy just to take the stairs. Hot tub and pool were very enjoyable. Beach access was great and not super crowded even though we went during peak time. If you want to go mini golf there is a course directly across the street and a souvenir shop and arcade within close walking distance. The location was absolutely perfect.

condo was nice but the laundry room and entryway was full of sand from the cart and chairs used by the previous tenant. There was also a strong smell coming from the drains, but the smell seemed to be from the entire property not just specific to this room.
