Welcome to Oregon Loop 36, a single-level Sunriver retreat built for comfortable group stays, easy family vacations, and meaningful time together. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this dog-friendly home offers the features travelers book for: a private hot tub, air conditioning, bikes, foosball, office workspace, smart TVs, and a layout that makes traveling with family or friends feel easy from the start.

The heart of the home is the bright, open living space with vaulted wood ceilings, large windows, and a striking floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops makes mealtime simple, whether you’re making pancakes before a day out or gathering around the dining table for dinner after exploring Sunriver.

Oregon Loop 36 stands out for its smart sleeping layout. Two ensuite bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the home, creating more privacy for couples, grandparents, or multiple branches of the family. A third queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of bunks give kids and extra guests plenty of room to settle in comfortably.

Outside, the deck invites laid-back evenings with a gas grill and private hot tub. After a day of biking, paddling, dining out, or just enjoying the pace of Sunriver, this is the kind of home that makes it easy to come back together, slow down, and enjoy the stay. At Bennington, we believe the best vacations feel cared for, comfortable, and full of the moments you remember later — and Oregon Loop 36 is set up for exactly that.
